The “South African Gigabyte Dota 2 Challenge” is back, bigger than ever – with an estimated cash prize pool of R150 000.
The following are the teams and groups for the online qualifier

We have sent each team captain (person that registered the teams) a link via email to a google docs page. Please use this page to help schedule your matches.
The Online qualifier begins the 11th of May and is scheduled to end the 18th of May with the 19th being used if teams need to move a game due to other commitments.
If both teams agree, they can move ONE match from any date, to the 19th of May
The winner of each group (4 groups) moves into the next round which is double elimination 20th – 22nd May. Where the winner of the online qualifier gets a direct seed into the Finals held at Cradlestone mall.
LAN Group Stages
The next 12 teams will be placed into 3 different groups. That will play at the LAN Group stages. With the WINNER of each group qualifying for the finals.
LAN Group stages and Finals are BYOC (Bring your own computer)
4 – 5 June – Cradlestone – 4 Teams – Double Elimination – 1 Team Qualifies for finals
11 – 12 June– Northgate – 4 Teams – Double Elimination – 1 Team Qualifies for finals
18 – 19 June – Greenstone – 4 Teams – Double Elimination – 1 Team Qualifies for finals
25 – 26 June – Break
2 – 3 July – Break
9-10 July – Cradlestone Finals – Winner of Online Qualifier and the 3 LAN qualified teams
