What you need to know about the BHG CSGO Tournament



The following information will guide you through the awesome BHG CS:GO Tournament taking place this weekend on the 12th – 13th December 2015.


Tournament Structure

The BHG CSGO Tournament is a 2 stage tournament comprising of Group Stages and an Elimination Stage. No more than 16 teams can participate in this event.

  • Group Stages

The Group Stages would consist of a total of 16 teams split into 4 groups of 4, Maximum.

Indicated in the Image below each team will play each other once in the group stage which will be best of 3 map matches. The top 2 of each group will progress to the Elimination Stage.

  • Elimination Stage

The Elimination Stage is a standard Single Elimination bracket comprising of 8 teams. The first round would consist of Quarter Finals leading onto the Semi Finals in the following Round and then the Grand Final. Each match will be a best of 3 maps as well. A third place match will take place at the same time as the final.

Tournament Schedule

The following proposed Schedule has been laid out to accommodate break times and any extended matches.

Saturday 12 December 2015

  • 09:00 – 12:00 – Round 1 Group Matches
  • 12:00 – 12:30 – Break 1
  • 12:30 – 15:30 – Round 2 Group Matches
  • 15:30 – 16:00 – Break 2
  • 16:00 – 19:00 – Round 3 Group Matches
  • 19:00 – 20:00 – Dinner Break
  • 20:00 – 23:00 – Quarter Final Matches

Schedule may change due to Tournament Provider requirements.

Sunday 13 December 2015

  • 09:00 – 12:00 – Semi Final Matches
  • 12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch Break
  • 13:00 – 16:00 – Grand Final / 3rd Place Match
  • 16:00 – 17:00 – Prize Giving
